The room we had was normal double and individual with clean beds and coffee. The location was marvellous in a comfortable area, close enough to the in Indian restaurant, the forest and Redditch. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Christ Church;)))

Had been before so knew roughly what to expect - room clean, functional and perfectly comfortable and of fair size, especially as was on my own. No frills motel type establishment, basic but if that's all you need then it's fine. Easy check in/out.
A shame no catering or bar provision any more but hopefully this will return.

it was clean and price-performance ratio was okay. friendly staff, good parking facilities
I was satisfied with the circumstances. It's not a luxury hotel, but for this price it's perfectly all right

Nothing in particular
breakfast sucks. nothing at 8:30am. not seen the cold cuts and English breakfast. no more milk and a croissant under cellophane. smell in the room of cold tobacco

Accessible location near major routes, spacious rooms with necessary amenities, provision of hot water with good pressure
It would greatly improve the experience to address poor cleanliness standards!!! Room fixtures really require upgrading, as the aesthetic and maintenance issues create a very uninviting atmosphere.

Right next to Motorway. Enough options to run with dogs. Simple and practical accommodation, especially with a dog.
Expectations were met, I did not expect luxury accommodation for the price.

great access to local parks and bridges for leisurely walking
the staff were friendly enough and my room was clean albeit basic, making it a convenient base for exploring nearby Arrow Valley Country Park, only a 15-minute walk away and perfect for a nice stroll or a relaxing afternoon in nature.

Easy parking. Staff were very helpful regarding our requirements about length of stay - we did not need the third night.
The room got very warm during the night when the shutters were closed - a fan would be good.
